The Estevan Lodge Restaurant
The Estevan Lodge restaurant offers a unique atmosphere in a historic house that dates from 1887.
The Estevan Lodge restaurant offers a menu featuring the unique tastes from the gardens' plant collection. More than 150 edible plants are picked daily in our vegetable and picking garden. Our menu also highlights local products and producers, seafood and sustainable fish from the St. Lawrence and native plants foraged from the forests of the Lower St. Lawrence and Gaspésie regions.
